Silvia Palomba specialises in international and transnational issues in the fields of criminal law, corporate criminal law and mutual legal assistance in criminal matters.
She also works on high impact social projects, advises clients on ESG - Environmental, Social and Governance - related matters, and accompanies them from the conception to the implementation of the required tools passing through ESG-related disputes.
Prior to joining Ardenter Law, Silvia Palomba has practiced for five years in different Geneva law firms, worked for several NGOs and international organisations in different capacities and practiced as criminal defence attorney in Italy for seven years.

Experience
Silvia Palomba has more than twenty years of experience in representing clients before criminal courts in Switzerland, Italy and at the international level. She regularly represents clients in national and transnational criminal disputes and in international mutual assistance proceedings in criminal matters.
Drawing from her extensive not for profit experience, Silvia Palomba has also the background and the sensibility to offer innovative and comprehensive legal services to all enterprises wishing to engage with the fast-pace changing ESG - (Environment Social Governance) regulatory framework.
Together with other passionate and creative lawyers, Silvia Palomba founded the not-for-profit Destination Justice which works towards a more just world by creating sustainable change.
