Antonia Mottironi specialises in international asset recovery, notably in connection with business crime, and has extensive experience in international disputes involving common law jurisdictions and/or foreign arbitral tribunals, in particular in cross-border insolvency cases.
 

Combining technical excellence, strategic insight and strong interpersonal skills, Antonia Mottironi advises her clients with dedication, precision and commitment. Experience

Antonia Mottironi has represented numerous foreign insolvency office holders before FINMA and civil courts in cross-border insolvency proceedings.

She regularly represents holders of foreign judgments and arbitral awards for the purpose of their recognition and enforcement in Switzerland. She also advises foreign law firms in support of the freezing of assets and disclosure of evidence abroad (US §1782, World Freezing Orders).

She coordinates and monitors complex litigation involving multiple jurisdictions, including common law jurisdictions and foreign arbitral tribunals (LCIA, ICSID, ICC).

 

She also practices in the area of international business crime and represents her clients in Swiss criminal proceedings and international mutual assistance proceedings in criminal matters.
